I completed my Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics at Saint Francis Xavier University before going onto Dalhousie University to complete my Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2018. I joined the Young Kempt Physiotherapy team in the beginning of 2021.
I obtained my Acupuncture Canada’s Dry Needling Certification in 2020 and have also continued my postgraduate studies in the areas of manual therapy and movement system impairments. I incorporate multiple other treatment modalities into my plan of care to optimize recovery, including patient education and exercise prescription.
I’m always excited to work with new patients with a variety of conditions. I like to work closely with clients in order to help them reach their rehabilitation goals, whether that be returning to a sport they love or getting back to their regular daily activities. My treatment will always have a focus on function based on individual needs. My goal is to give individuals the information and confidence they need to maintain their health and wellness.
