Lyndsay Oakes

Registered Massage Therapist

Lyndsay first graduated from UPEI in 2015 with a BScKin. In her time at UPEI, she played four years for the UPEI Panthers women’s hockey team and one year on their varsity rugby team. While being a member of the rugby team, she switched roles on the hockey team by becoming their athletic trainer.

In 2018, Lyndsay moved to Calgary, where she worked with the Calgary Wolfpack football team. Upon returning to Halifax in 2019, She became involved in CrossFit and recently received her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certificate in 2021. Lyndsay is currently a coach at North Endurance.

Upon graduating from ICT Northumberland College in 2017, she has added a number of additional modalities to help her patients, including advanced sport massage, dynamic cupping, being a certified Graston provider, and having taken multiple courses on functional movement and mobility.

Lyndsay’s treatments are goal-oriented and specific to help keep you moving, whether that’s in the gym, playing your sport, recovering from surgery, or just day-to-day life.
