Brittany Klingmann is an orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapist. She is a mom of 2 who brough both babies into the world via c-section birth. It was her own journey’s return to Crossfit and weightlifting that fuelled her passion for helping others feel supported and empowered while returning to their desired activity.
